Mountain One Bank is concentrating its operations in renovated office space on Main Street.
According to Robert Fraser, president and CEO of Mountain One, nearly 10,000 square feet of office space at 85 Main St. is going to house Mountain One's insurance offices and investment division. The space is next door to the Mountain One banking center at 93 Main St.
"We are doing a whole-space redesign and totally new build-out," Fraser said. "We thought it would be simpler and much more convenient for our customers to have all three in adjacent proximity to each other."
Fraser said the investment division, housed in part of the new space, has relocated temporarily. The project represents an investment of nearly $1 million.
